History
Since my first day of recruiting back in 1994, in the Silicon Valley, I’ve believed in establishing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates who seek my assistance. We’ve found that becoming a “value-added partner” with my clients and partnering with them allows us to most accurately represent what a company offers to the upper echelon of talent that they want to attract. This method of doing business also provides the candidates that we represent with the confidence that they’re considering an employer that is viable and competitive in the marketplace.
Our area of expertise is in partnering with companies to recruit the undiscovered talent in the Enterprise Software Industry. We talk to people everyday in this industry, and have developed a national network of contacts. Our goal is not only to be a producing resource for my clients, but a networking resource as well.
Who We Represent
The candidates that we represent are generally sourced by referrals or direct recruiting methods. Most of these candidates have been so pleased with the service we’ve provided that they’ve asked us to represent them again in the future and have referred their friends and associates. It is not uncommon to have partnered with them, both as a candidate and as a client.
