Direct Marketing Program Manager - Federal The Position
Partner with Federal Sales to drive marketing program strategy and qualified pipeline for Civilian and DoD accounts. Establish common goals, objectives, action plans, and success criteria for Federal marketing activities.
Work independently in the field on the development, logistics and execution of all types of direct marketing programs including strategic partnerships, conferences, trade shows, direct mail, e-mail, telemarketing, web seminars, and list development.
Work collaboratively with the Industry Marketing team to develop integrated marketing programs that bring the resources of public relations, advertising, marcom, strategic partnerships, and programs to bear in the Federal marketing mix.
Work closely with database marketing team and CRM applications to track and measure ROI of marketing programs.
Define program budgets and track all expenditures.
Research and develop new and emerging thought-leadership and SI marketing partnerships and develop direct marketing programs to lead and support market leadership in the Government Performance market.
Senior Marketing Specialist The Position
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Sales Cycle Management team which has responsibility for Pricing and Licensing Strategy and Support; Sales Tools; the Global Pricelist; Pricing Training for New Hires as well as refresher training for experienced direct and partner sales personnel; Win / Loss Research; and maintenance and enhancement of the most actively used content on the Field Support website. As a member of this team, you will be instrumental in supporting Global Field Operations by advancing sales cycles, contributing to pipeline conversion and sales productivity.
